The Alliance needs its own culture and not the culture or climate found within any of the participating organisations. (Parent Organisations Business as Usual BAU)

To achieve this end, Alliances are values driven and vision guided. This is to say that alliance culture needs to be developed around and underpinned by the principles and purpose of the Alliance with a clear focus and determination to achieve Gamebreaking outcomes across all the KRA's and objectives of the Alliance.

The principles need to be developed and owned by all within the project to build the commitment needed to achieve both the vision and the objectives that are linked to the KRA for the Alliance. Commitment is an easy word to say but at times a challenge to build within an alliance environment.
