Longer Term Programs

High Potential Leader:

This program will assist organisations to invest in their most promising and talented executive or High Potential Leaders, the High Potential Leaders Program readies emerging leaders for managing today's toughest business challenges while illuminating pathways for long-term successes. You will learn how to lead under pressure, champion change, build powerful teams and develop effective leadership throughout your field of influence.

The program will challenge individuals to a rigorous assessment process by their peers, leaders and direct reports, giving a 360 insight into their existing approach to leadership. This feedback will be used to develop a constructive assessment and road map to the individual's development.

The tool we use for this step in the High Potential Leaders Program is the "Human Synergists LSI 1 and 2". After the assessment is completed you will receive a 50 – 70 page participant report. Each report is totally personalised to the individual. The profile reflects the individual leader's self-perception and feedback from others you choose to select to give them feedback from within their organisations.

This program has been developed to meet the needs of top performers who want to grow as leaders; the High Potential Leaders Program is designed for high impact, fast track individuals with eight to ten years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
